How many days you need to install the equipment?
Professional installation for a single device usually takes 1-3 working days; for engineering projects, it depends on the actual number of installations and the on-site conditions.
How many staff abroad you sent to install the equipment?
We do not send engineers to overseas sites for installation. We will provide detailed English installation manuals, video tutorials, and remote technical guidance to support local installation personnel.
You have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?
Distributors of different levels have different annual sales targets. The basic level requires an annual order quantity of 100-200 units, and long-term cooperation customers can negotiate flexibly.
Can I transfer the money to you then you pay to other supplier?
Sorry, due to the company's financial regulations, we only accept payments for our own products and cannot make payments to third-party suppliers on your behalf.
Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?
We can accept consolidated shipments. You can send goods from other suppliers to our factory, and we will arrange to load them together with products from our factory into the same container.
When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?
During the Spring Festival, the factory will shut down for 15-20 days. The specific holiday period will be notified to all customers one month in advance, allowing for reasonable scheduling of pre-holiday shipments.
Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?
Yes, the entire product series supports installation and normal operation in high-temperature environments of 45°C, suitable for tropical and high-temperature regions.
Can Your products be installed under the cold weather?
The regular models are suitable for environments from -7℃ to 45℃. The ultra-low temperature air energy models can operate stably in extremely cold environments of -25℃, making them suitable for cold northern regions. Gas wall-mounted boiler products are not affected by ambient temperature.
Do You have office in shanghai or guangzhou that i can visit?
We do not have a sales office in Guangzhou, but we can arrange for you to visit the production site for an on-site factory inspection and provide you with the detailed address and reception plan in advance.
Can you send your staff to install the equipment for us?
We do not currently provide overseas on-site installation services. We will continue to provide you with free professional technical guidance, installation videos, and after-sales support.
Can I only buy some spare parts from you?
Yes, we support the separate sale of burners, heat exchangers, compressors, controllers, and various other aftermarket repair parts.
