Atmospheric Combustion Condensing Combi Boiler

Baedin, based in Ningjin Economic Development Zone, Dezhou, Shandong, China, offers an atmospheric combustion condensing combi boiler. Combining mature atmospheric burner technology with a flue-gas condensing recovery module, it achieves thermal efficiency of 97%–98% (based on net calorific value) – saving 15%–20% gas over standard atmospheric boilers. With a proportional gas valve for precise modulation and multi-point temperature control for ±1°C hot water stability, it delivers efficient heating and consistent domestic hot water. Available in 20-40 kW, it suits apartments, flats, and homes seeking an economical balance of efficiency and reliability.

Six heat-load ratings are available: 20 kW, 24 kW, 28 kW, 32 kW, 36 kW, and 40 kW, covering heating areas from 80 m² to 250 m² – from small apartments to spacious flats and small villas – ensuring proper sizing without oversupply or insufficiency. Users can select based on floor area and hot water demand.

Applicable Environments & Operational Superiority

Widely suited for residential heating, low-temperature underfloor systems, and radiator systems – especially in new or renovation projects where both efficiency and economy matter. The condensing effect intensifies as return water temperature drops; below 50°C, recovery efficiency peaks, making underfloor heating an ideal match to maximise savings. Built-in multi-point temperature control stabilises hot water within 20 seconds of start-up, with ±1°C accuracy – eliminating sudden temperature swings. Heating and hot water circuits operate independently without mutual interference. Positioned between ordinary atmospheric and fully premixed condensing boilers, it offers significant energy savings at a reasonable price, delivering excellent long-term value.

Core Intelligent & Structural Advantages

Condensing Efficiency – Substantial Gas Savings

A dedicated condensing heat exchanger (stainless steel or corrosion-resistant alloy) is added in series after the primary heat exchanger to recover latent heat from flue-gas vapour. Overall efficiency reaches 97%–98% (based on net calorific value), saving 15%–20% gas compared to typical atmospheric boilers (88%–92% efficiency) – cutting daily energy costs.

Low Emissions

Optimised combustion with precise air-fuel ratio control reduces NOx emissions by over 60% and significantly cuts CO, meeting national environmental standards.

Stable Hot Water – Precise Control

Multi-point sensing and logic stabilise hot water within 20 seconds, with outlet temperature fluctuation within ±1°C – ensuring consistent comfort even during simultaneous multi-point use, with no sudden cold-hot changes.

Wide Modulation – Flexible Adaptation

Six power options from 20 kW to 40 kW suit various areas and demands. The proportional gas valve enables stepless flame modulation, adjusting to real-time load to avoid energy waste and wear from frequent cycling.

Robust, Mature Construction

The primary heat exchanger is high-grade stainless steel, corrosion- and thermal-shock-resistant for long-term reliability. Automatic bypass and pump anti-lock reduce failure risk and extend service life. Compared with fully premixed condensing models, the atmospheric system is simpler, lower-cost to maintain, mature, and easier to service.

Simple Interface

A large LED display shows real-time status and fault codes, making operation intuitive and routine maintenance effortless.
