Unlike conventional boiler models, this Fully Premixed Condensing Gas Boiler produced by Baedin factory applies the net calorific value calculation criterion, which does not take the latent heat carried by water vapor in flue gas into account. The unit recovers and reutilizes the latent heat of vaporization released through combustion and condensation reactions, allowing its thermal efficiency to break the 100% threshold effortlessly.
The heating system’s return water temperature is the key factor influencing the unit’s heat efficiency. For sustained high-efficiency and reliable long-term running, installation of an outdoor temperature probe is advised to keep the return water at a constant low temperature. Condensing heating equipment can only operate at its peak performance when the return water temperature remains under the 50°C dew point.
