Shandong Baidian Electric Holds Seminar on Wall‑hung Boiler Internal Structure to Optimize Design for Global Overseas Clients

Recently, Shandong Baedin Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. organized its R&D, production process and quality inspection departments to hold a special seminar on the internal structure of wall-hung boilers. In-depth discussions were carried out on topics including the internal structure, layout of core components, material selection, heat dissipation logic and maintenance convenience of main models such as fully premixed condensing wall-hung boilers, sleeve-type and plate heat exchanger types.

At the meeting, the technical team disassembled the existing internal structure schemes of each model one by one. Referring to feedback from overseas customers, they sorted out issues concerning the assembly structure, steel grade selection and spatial arrangement of key components including heat exchangers, combustion systems, water circuit assemblies, fans and control systems. In response to requirements raised by customers from overseas markets including Russia, Iran and Turkey for disassembly inspection, material traceability and easy maintenance, participants exchanged views on structural optimization directions, matching schemes of locally manufactured and imported parts, improvement of overall unit stability, noise reduction design and efficiency of disassembly and assembly for after-sales repair. A number of suggestions for optimization and improvement were finalized.

The production department evaluated the mass production feasibility, processing difficulty and cost control points of the new structural schemes in combination with workshop assembly procedures. The quality inspection team defined inspection checkpoints and testing standards applicable to the revised internal structures.
